i stayed for 6 nights here and had a perfect 10/10 time. had climate control, multi-channel tv and a refrigerator in my spotless room. its location just a short walk away from hamacho park was particularly good. there was a good restaurant, a grocery store and convenience stores next door.

The room was small but had a balcony and a private bathroom with a bathtub. Towels, Yukata, and house shoes were provided, and the room was perfectly clean. The big, well-equipped kitchen and common room with a balcony open until 10PM was a great bonus. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing tourist guide booklets in multiple languages. the hotel offered a room service option for those who wanted their tranquility.
The limited space in the room was expected in a city like Tokyo, but there was no closet or shelves available. This made it difficult to store our luggage, and with oversized suitcases, it would be better to consider alternative accommodation options.

Homely and excellent hotel located just off subway station. Fine room, comfy with queen size bed. A wide array of facilities such as: climate control, multi-channel TV and a refrigerator. Accommodating amicable staff, magnificent location close to everything. Honestly no reason to complain.

The hotel is comfortable, the location is perfect, the staff at the venue are accommodating. The hotel has fine and immaculately clean rooms with queen size bed and private bathroom, as for instance. A cozy bar does the trick...

The hotel went above and beyond to make sure guests had everything they needed. They provided toiletries, slippers, and even q-tips and hair ties in the room. The staff was friendly and spoke great English, and they even helped me with my Japanese homework. The location was excellent, right next to the subway, which made it easy to explore the city. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay in Tokyo.

The hotel is conveniently located near the subway station, making it easy to explore the city. There are also multiple convenience stores and shops nearby, providing easy access to necessities. In addition, the hotel features a comfortable lounge area where guests can relax and prepare food.
The shower in the hotel can be a bit difficult to use, as it is hard to control the water temperature.

We had a fantastic stay at Oak Hotel. The location was perfect, just steps away from Morishita station. The value for the price was great. The room was well-equipped with everything we needed, from yukata to toothbrushes and even q-tips. The staff were friendly and spoke excellent English. We especially loved the balcony attached to our room, although we wished the weather had been a bit warmer. We also appreciated the clean and well-stocked kitchen area on the third floor.
